I recorded most of the build from a distance.  Here you can see the build in a timelapse, I sped it up to keep it short.  Also muted the entire video to avoid here constant dog barking.  Mr. Freeze was the one that built the structure.

Towards the end I do want to point out a black spot.  This is where I made a crucial mistake and ended the video too early.  I stopped the video thinking the build was over and I'd start uploading it.  When I did, one of the Corleones opened fire and killed three of the people in the tower.  You can see after the black ends at , there is only one person left in the tower.  Also, they were using the circular build as a shield.
