Introduction
Kopek Enterprise, founded in 1990, is a world leader in research, commerce, peacekeeping and data collection. Originally founded by Dexter Morgan and Michael Lane in the South of England, the company quickly gained international coverage after obtaining several highly classified documents from both the British and American governments and releasing them to the public. This controversial act drew both criticism and acclaim towards Kopek and asked several questions about the legality of how the business collected its data.
Now head-quartered in EvoCity, Kopek is set to expand its operations overseas to ensure its stability in case of any government actions in the United Kingdom. The business has also set it's focus on peacekeeping and data collection and is deployed in several conflict zones around the world.
Roster
In accordance to the company's policies, only a set few of its employees can be publicly listed.
Offices
Kopek's first office, constructed in 1994, was the result of the company's plans to make itself more transparent with the general public. Named Newbridge, the office is focused on being an office used for meetings, both with visitors and among colleagues. The office is also equipped with data collection abilities.
However, in 2004 Kopek announced plans for it's new headquarters to be used more for data storage and high profile meetings. The new office is also reported to be more secure than the older one. The office, named Greenbank, boasts 10 inch thick windows and impenetrable walls as well as a variety of defences which have yet to released by Kopek. Both office's are considered to be among the most technologically advanced buildings in the world. Despite this, Kopek announced in March of 2015 plans for 2 new office buildings as well as multiple mobile buildings which can be used in multiple locations and scenarios. Along with this announcement, Kopek also pledged $264 million in funds for its building projects.
Public Services
Kopek offers a wide range of services available for purchase and although not publicly advertised by Kopek, sources have revealed that they are, in fact, publicly available.
Data Collection
The collection of data from any person(s), business, agency, or government is available and is considered one of Kopek's best services. Sources have noted that the information gathered has proven to be catastrophic to certain individuals and businesses.
Kopek has not confirmed whether or not they provide this service.
Peacekeeping
In 2012, Kopek was one of several companies that joined together in support of ending the Iran-Saudi conflict. They helped by financially supporting both countries while negotiations took place. After the conflict was resolved, Kopek announced it was to be an active member in peacekeeping missions and a division to the company was created.
Commerce
Although Kopek's main source of income reportedly comes from its data collection services, it has been known to sell other goods to both individuals, businesses, and even countries. Sources claim these range from electronics to long range missiles. The full reasoning behind these sales is not fully understood.
Research
Over the course of Kopek's history, the company has been claimed to be the source of several leaks. A majority of these leaks are believed to have been paid for and others are claimed to have been released by Kopek as a discouragement to rival businesses. Although Kopek did not confirm this, they did confirm that they do spend a large amount of their budget in research but could not say in what areas.
Recruitment
Although Kopek accepts applications, many applicants report how long and intense the recruitment stage is. None of those who have made it through the recruitment stage have spoken about what comes next.
