I am Castiel and I have decided to open this market, because I noticed that interest in passiveRP has gone up the past few weeks, with my Business Studies GSSE being remembered, I am starting a company to fit what people want. Here you can order dupes built by me for a set price! (Price may change due to reasons that will be stated at the bottom of the thread.

NOTE: This is for passiveRP's only! (If you want something made for aggressiveRP there will be an additional charge.

This package can not be customized.

This package is for small sized buildings on Main Street and Cub Avenue (Includes Gas Station)

Medium Package
This package can not be customized.

This package is for average sized buildings on Main Street and Cub Avenue (Includes Gas Station)

Dupe Type: Shop  / Services / Entertainment / Cafe
Location: Inside a building / Public build

What you want the build to be:
Requested Detailing: Small ($20,000)  / Medium ($25,000)  / High ($30,000)

Large Package
This package can not be customized.

Reasons for Price Change:
The price for your build shall change if you purchase the priority package of course, but it will also increase in price for its complexity, if it takes me more than 6 hours of build time (Going into my personal time).

Very nice! Can I suggest you add a portfolio for each package type so people can see the quality/type of builds you create depending on the package?
