Why should you be unbanned?:The first of all i spawn there the second is that he come to my spawn an kill me i spawn behid his stand and he kill me 4 times

As we've already discussed this in-game, the player killed you with a valid RP reason in the first place you spawned again and equiped a weapon and said that you will kill him again therefore breaking NLR. You repeated that about 4 times.
