Summary:
I demoted two SWAT members (Zero Senpai, [L²:RP] Mr Doc) for misuse of SWAT equipment, both threw a grenade randomly in the middle of the street, at the nexus entrance, it affected even me.

After the demote, both players (Zero Senpai, [L²:RP] Mr Doc) trespassed and assaulted me in the nexus, I put a warrant on both of them after they left.

Little after they decided to raid the nexus, with no valid reason besides the problems stated above (which are not a valid reason to raid, if they are my blacklist for RDM must be removed), to make things worse the SWAT Sergeant ([GR][L²:RP] BasicallyMental) was their friend and unwarrant, guided them both upstairs (nexus) without my consent.

After a failed first attemp in which [L²:RP] Mr Doc died in the elevator he changed to SWAT, then the three come back [L²:RP] Mr Doc (Breaking NLR, FailingRP) and [GR][L²:RP] BasicallyMental (FailingRP) escort Zero Senpai up the elevator as SWAT members without my consent, and let Zero Senpai attack me.

To make matters worse, after they come back down the elevator, cause I was in the second floor, [L²:RP] Mr Doc yet again throws a grenade.

I also post an image of the laws I had in place, to prove I wasn't a dictator.

At the time of the incident, my brother was using my account. Yes, I am responsible for my account, however, I cannot control what my brother does. I told him not to go into my room, he ignored.

In the video, it also shows my brother talking. He was trying to stop the other man from getting in trouble.
He didn't know how to arrest the man so he didn't. However, as shown in the second part of the video (The grenade being thrown) he found that and was told by one of his friends how to use and throw it.

I am prepared to take what punishment is needed for the actions of my brother, however, I would just like to let you know, anything done was not intentional and was not meant in any bad ways at all.

I "raided" not to kill you, but to teach you a lesson for putting an arrest warrant on me. Me and my friend wanted access to the nexus so we engaged FearRP onto you, and once we had access we did our business and left, which was your reason for putting an arrest warrant on us so nothing was broken here.

You still raided a nexus without a valid reason, considering I had a valid reason all along to demote and put a warrant on you both.

One cancels the other, as admins have said in previous BRs and problems in server, I have a blacklist for RDM due to that.

As you can clearly see in the video I did not throw the grenade, no where can see me harming you in any way

I started recording right after seeing throw a grenade, plus admin can confirm in the logs.

The grenade didn't come from the sky, plus you're still not clear of the other charges.

There is also no evidence of us "raiding" the nexus

The situation was, Mr. Doc assaulted someone, you gave no orders, so I just left it. Therefore I unwarranted him.
Yes, my friend, however, this did not stop me role-playing who my character was. If no orders were given about him and his actions, there was no reason for the warrant, so I removed it.

I can see where you can see where it was invalid for me, but I wanted to teach you a lesson, I would've done it if you were out in the streets, in the lobby or even in the Nexus, which you was.

We came into the nexus after being demoted to do something as we wanted to finish off as SWAT, but you did demote us so we had to force our way into the building. We meant no harm to you, but when you put an arrest warrant on me I had to teach you a lesson, as I meant no harm in the first place, you brought it upon yourself.

I'm not sure about this, but I was flicking through the rules yesterday and I read a rule which said.

"You can not raid a President for himself putting an arrest warrant on you or your friend"

It was much more than the fact that he warranted my friend, just read the text above.

I'm unsure if you was watching the video and was oblivious by myself have a conc' grenade thrown at me earlier on by you, and this is what followed onto this being a BR, and them being previously demoted.

First I'm not talking about that unwarrant, this was ages before they come to SWAT.

What happened in this case, is that Mr. Doc broke FearRP at aimpoint and ran from the officer that was about to arrest with my order.

And yes I gave the order, he assaulted a civilian in my front at the nexus entrance, it's not my fault you didn't saw it, but it's in the logs, thank God I rarely use Mic.

I warned Theo of this FearRP situation but he left right after, so I made the warrant, and you unwarranted him without my consent.

But that has nothing to do with this situation.

Both of these players assaulted me on the nexus, and I made a warrant on them, I then went upstairs, and they decided to raid, at the moment of the Doc dead in the elevator in the raid, I saw you removing Senpai warrant without my consent, this is also in the logs.

I was FBI at the time, and I ordered that he get in my RV and I'd take him to the lake to deal with him, even the officer said alright. But I think you didn't hear me since the assaulted civi was chatting away, but I took him in my RV as FBI.
