Suggestion for <in-game/forum/teamspeak etc.> Ingame

In detail, explain your suggestion: I have two fixes that need to be made... 1. You can't use the cinematic camera nor selfie stick while working with the government, ex. Police, 2. You can't fish while working for the government.

Why should this be implemented? It just needs to be added, it pisses me off and other players I think that this has not been added already.

More of a bug in my opinion.
