Why should you be unblacklisted?: Because the blacklist has no basis. In the Ban Request, it was stated numerous times that my life was in danger, I was being attacked with firearms, and the way the building was setup by Zero and his friends made it so we needed to put two warrants down(he owned the front door, his friend owned a fading door in back). After we got the first warrant done, we opened the door and immediately were shot at, so we got a second warrant to open the fading door. Two warrants were made, one was by another officer regarding, "Ongoing Raid" and I made mine, "Fuck'n cunt" because I had lost thirty HP by the point I got out of the door.

Regardless of the raid reason, the fact I was in distress means I can make the raid reason whatever I find fit at that point, as nothing in the rules states I need to make some super-serious reason while my life is in danger. Seriously why was I blacklisted?

Evidence: Where is the evidence that I was raiding alone? Where is the evidence to support my blacklist?
Sorry for the late reply, I wanted to access the blacklist page however due to the issue yesterday I could not.

The reason I blacklisted you was 'FailRP', which is doing unrealistic things. Whilst in-game, getting a warrant is a case of typing a command and waiting a few seconds for the President to accept/deny the warrant, it represents the long and arduous process of writing up a formal warrant complete with evidence and causes to search an area.
In a legal document one would not write 'fuck'n cunt' as this would be unprofessional and get the warrant denied.

Your warrant was made as a result of owners of two different doors, something you cannot anticipate nor prepare for, which I understand. However what you wrote in the section for 'reason' lacked proper context, hence I blacklisted you.

I am unsure why you have asked for evidence that you were raiding alone, as that was not relevant to your blacklist.

But why should I be blacklisted for effectively nothing of harm or foul..? I mean I didn't do anything wrong, and the president was demanding we make warrants from behind us to continue on with the raid. One thing which actually I'd like to bring up is that this was a case of something ongoing in IC. As it was IC, I could of wrote something on the grounds of, "He stole some mans Pine Apples" and it'd could of gone through. In those circumstances, I could of been demoted for failure to give a valid reason of the situation, but at the time of the raid the president was nearby to us, and could see what was going on. Us raiding that man could of had any reason, and the president would of approved of it, and in IC that is completely fine. He knew what was going on and that we needed to get in no matter what. Later down the road he could of reprimanded me, and forced me out of my position or put me on a desk job IC for failure to write down a decent reason. On the other hand he could of also put it under the table and just -whiteout- my original reason, and write down the real reason.

As you can imagine, nothing needed to happen regarding admin powers. It's not FailRP to do something IC. If the president was concerned about what I was doing, he would of demoted me in the server, and he had not. So why should an admin become involved in this case when the situation had a valid reason for a raid, the president was aware of that valid reason, and just because I made a different reason in my warrant call compared to the actual situation.

This isn't something an admin would need to become involved in, and it is confusing me as to why you had became involved. I have not seemingly done anything wrong, and anything that could of happened in RP relating to this situation could of very easily solved the problem without the need of admin intervention.
Hello Joey,

FailRP can be in-character. It comes in many forms, such as unrealistic '/ me's (for example, '/ me turns into a zombie and sinks into the ground') or laws which would never be true in the real world, such as banning trees.
In this instance, it was not stating a proper reason in a warrant, which as I stated previously represents getting a real warrant which is not instantaneous. Whilst you had to find a solution to 2-Doors-2-Owners and quite rightly used the in-character command of a warrant, this does not give you the right to write whatever you want.

Players may choose to ignore a case of FailRP as the president did, however this instance was brought to our attention in a Player Report, and was dealt with in a way I saw fit: a blacklist of less than one hour.

I understand your points and views however the blacklist was a result of looking through the evidence provided, reading the accuser and the accused's sides of the argument and coming to a conclusion of a minimal punishment.
It is up to each admin's discretion as to determine what is considered to be FailRP or not, as stated in rule 1.5, and whilst the offence was minor and given a blacklist time reflecting this, it shall remain on your record.
