Hong Kong Police Service - Only non-unified Police Service in the South Star, covers Hong Kong.
More info:
The Police Force follows the standard British ranking system, but a completely different divisional system as well as uniforms:
Uniform worn by all officers who are not specialized. Special Constables wear an 'SC' sign on their epaulettes.
Criminal Investigation Department
Detectives. They wear civillian clothes.
Dogs Policing Unit
The Dogs Policing Unit wear the same uniform as their unspecialised counterparts, but handle dogs. Specialist Firearm Command also have their own dog handlers. All Dog Unit cars have 'POLICE DOGS' markings on all angles.
Air & MarineSupport Unit
The AMSU provides around 10 helicopters and 30 boats as well as underwater search capacity used around South Star. Each crew consists of one civillian pilot and two police observers.
Roads Policing Unit
Traffic Police. They wear full high-vis gear with white caps.
Territorial Support Group
- Variant 1 (Riot helmet) and Variant 2 (baseball cap) uniforms. Variant 2 is usually worn with a hi-visibility jacket or stab vest. (Stab vest etc is usually below the fireproof coveralls)
TSG are responsible for public order such as football matches, as well as providing general support ie forensics and searching to other divisions. All of it's officers are armed with X26 Tasers.
Specialist Explosive Ordinance Disposal Command
(They wear a uniform similar to Military Police, but with a police cap and their vest is marked 'POLICE' and below in smaller letters 'EXPLOSIVE ORDINANCE TEAM')
In South Star, the police are seen as a more miscellaneous emergency service in addition to their policing role. An example of this is that in South Star, bomb disposal falls to the police, and not the army. On calls to suspect packages, they will drive trucks or vans, clearly marked 'BOMB DISPOSAL', as well as with distinctive CO19 Stirling sirens, used by Specialist Firearms Command and Special Operations. As they act as normal officers when not dealing with Suspect Packages and the likes, they will drive unmarked vans and jeeps, as their fleet of bomb disposal trucks would scare the public.
Specialist Firearms Command (SCO19)
(uniform variant 1)
(uniform variant 2)
Specialist Armed police, they wear the Variant 1 uniform while on patrol in ARVs (armed response vehicles) and Variant 2 while on operations. ARVs consist of three officers: Driver, Navigator, Observer. All ARVs are marked with yellow dots visible from each angle on the windows of the vehicle to show firearms are on board.
Diplomatic Protection Group (SO16)
SO16 are the armed police responsible for the protection of various government figures and foreign leaders visiting South Star. All of it's vehicles are red, to be spotted by members of the diplomatic community as well as having yellow dots visible from each angle on the windows of the vehicle to show firearms are on board. They are marked with 'DIPLOMATIC PROTECTION'
Special Operations Group
- example of a Variant 1 uniform, during operations they will wear uniform similar to this, consisting of tactical gear over civillian clothing.
- Variant 2 uniform, used during normal patrol (Special Operations, like other specialist firearms divisions act as patrol officers until a situation arises)
Special Operations act as not only a counter-terrorism force but also to help during major incidents, ie a major medical or fire incident, Special Operations and TSG would be called in to support police and other emergency services. Special Operations are trained to SFO, or CTSFO (Specialist Firearms Officer, Counter Terrorism Specialist Firearms Officer) standards as well as at least D13 medical standards. SOG officers can also be trained as TCOs. (Tactical Care Officer). All of it's vehicles are marked with 'SPECIAL OPERATIONS' in addition to the yellow dots on the windows visible from each angle. Special Operations Officer's vests are marked 'POLICE' and below in smaller letters 'SPECIAL OPERATIONS'. For Tactical Care Officers, 'SPECIAL OPERATIONS' is replaced with 'MEDIC'.
Special Intervention Group
SIG is among the most elite Special Forces in the world, and is responsible for Hostage Rescue, and a number of other Special Forces duties. It trains alongside the Special Air Service and Special Operations Group.
Equipment
Standard uniform, with stab vest.
TSG Stab vest, where it says 'SECURITY' would actually say 'POLICE'
Stab and bullet-proof vest used by members of Special Operations, Diplomatic Protection and Specialist Firearms Command.

Hiatt rigid-bar speedcuffs used by all officers.
X26 Taser, carried by armed officers, TSG officers and specially-trained officers.
X12 Taser shotgun, carried by armed officers and TSG officers within their vehicles.
Vehicles
Patrol/Response Vehicles
Area Cars
Traffic Vehicles
Armed Police Divisions (excluding DPG)
Vans
(Prisoner Transport)
(Prisoner Transport)
(Territorial Support Group)
(TSG - Marked up in a different livery than usual, and would have the words 'SUPPORT UNIT' on the side)
Diplomatic Protection Group
Explosive Ordinance Disposal Vehicles
(where it says 'royal navy' etc would say 'POLICE' - same goes for all below)
(it would say on the bonnet 'POLICE'
