Summary: Just as i exited the Nexus after making 2 other ban requests i saw this guy spawning a car prop and walking in it acting like he's driving it but not really.

Found him doing this earlier today aswell. I were driving towards the Nexus and when i went outside my vehicle i saw him making a chair float with someone inside of it. When he then saw me he removed it and went back to slums: https://imgur.com/a/MHNhE
