Summary: I was building my gun shop on the EvoCity MainStreet, when LinkDream came into the shop as a police officer, I was expecting him to be wanting to buy something then he just started swearing at me over the Mic tasered me, then shot me while I was unconscious. This wasn't  just on me I witnessed him do the same to people across the street.

I have provided some screenshots from console, to help prove he was RDMing.
