Why should you be unblacklisted?:

Blackdog blacklisted me from the rebel job because I had an invalid reason to do an assault on the government.
The reason I had was that the president has banned the rebel group from entering the city because of waves of car theft. Before that, we got assaulted by the police aswell. One raid failed and another was succesfull. The latter shutdown the chopshop.

Now Blackdog had some valid arguments I will not argue with that, however after consulting another administrator I have gotten my doubts. This is also the reason why I am making this topic. I do not care whether this gets accepted or not, it would clarify some things for me.

I asked an administrator: "If the president banned a group of people where you happen to be part of, is that a valid reason for an assault?" He answered, and I quote: "Yes without a doubt, the president banning anything that interrupts the way you live your life aka banning cars, your shop, your group from the city. Is enough reason to take him out."

As I've mentioned before, a clear answer would prevent this from happening again.

Evidence: Logs are sufficient I'd assume?

Your reason for raiding the president essentialy is this example situation:

"I broke the law and tresspassed in the nexus, i was threatened with a gun to leave, i later come back and murder that person and anyone who gets in my way because he treatened me"

By the logic in your above quote:
"Yes without a doubt, the president banning anything that interrupts the way you live your life aka banning cars, your shop, your group from the city. Is enough reason to take him out."

The president baring the import of noodles is a reason to kill him, or him setting up extra vehicle checkpoints, or increaseing the police force size, because it interrupts your way of life.

Situations like this all rely on context, if say the president had SPECIFICLY targeted you and your people without just cause, then perhaps you could attack him because of this, but it is designed to be VERY hard to actualy have a reason to kill him due to how vitial the president job is to the normal server upkeep and how if he keeps getting killed every 10 minutes, it disrupts every cop job, every shop job, and basicly every person on the server as the laws now continue to change that frequently.

My advice to you is to ALWAYS check with staff online whether a presidential raid reason is valid or not, if the guy is a dictator, then that is the most blatent and 100% legitimate reason one can obtain, but such occurances are rare.

I understand your point of view.
However banning me from the city does impact my character greatly in my point of view. I am not sure if you mentioned that ingame aswell, I cannot recall. But later I heared that this is not a good reason to raid anymore? Perhaps you can clarify that aswell for me.

But I will definitly ask an administrator next time if my reason is valid.

You did state this prior, but your reason for raiding is based on him banning you from the city, because you commited a crime, thus the entire thing was caused by you, nullifying your raidreason.
