The pack is only £10, which you'll keep. Meth and Contraband has lead to almost every player having at least 100k already, so making money isn't too hard. To keep the economy of L2 alive and healthy, we need to make things more expensive; it's a form of inflation.
Suits are popular items. If they cost 100k and every player has e.g. 150k, they all can and will buy it.
If the demand is high, the prices can be increased.
This is also partly the reason why we have put a cap on buying money. Everyone knows that if you print more money, prices would in theory shoot up, because the demand is high [people have the ability to buy a luxury car or suit].
But this is a game with fixed prices, and it'd be a hell of a lot to try and code a way for MARKET prices to fluctuate. We therefore needed a way to work around this: that solution was to make sure people could not instantly make money [buying it with real money], and increase popular item prices so that players don't end up hoarding their cash.
Correct me if I've read your comment wrong.

Keep in mind that inflation does not work the same way in Garry's Mod, as it does in real life. When you purchase five M4A1's from the market, you don't give the money to the tradepartner; they are simply disappearing from the game itself.
Oh, and dynamic prices on items is not impossible or hard. The most difficult thing is to make sure your algorithm will work correctly in all cases. Although, a math.random dynamically handled from day to day is not very hard (just remember devs, that pseudo random is not really 100% random if you go into the theory about it), or hell... You could even get some kind of modifier value from stock markets, there are lots of possibilities.
OT: Good job on it.
You've found my design inspiration!
When are these new military cosmetics going to be implemented?
Quality looks great, but I feel they look too futuristic. Also a tad too decorated, hard to be a "rank and file" person with that many badges.
These remind me of HALO somehow, really like them. Will be sure to donate sooner or later!

What do you mean?
I'll honestly prefer male models, as most characters are playing as males and if you see female models running around I don't know doesn't fit in my image haha. Female models should be there but atleast there should be the same amount of male models.

I mean that it's so often the case that male models only are implemented (e.g. Chauffeur) and people want the female equivalent to be put in - this is the first time (to my knowledge) that it's been the other way around, which is interesting/revolutionary/insert-adjective-here.
