Why should you be unblacklisted?:
A brief explanation of what happened.
I joined TeamSpeak with Tawee, Sebo and Raptor. I met them at the apartments and took a tour of their apartment on the top floor. I found they had contraband in their apartment. Before this, Tawee and I had already had a fight, meaning IC we would have been angry with each other. I then, as they were also competition, called the police, with knowledge they had contraband in their apartment. I told them on TeamSpeak that the police were coming and Sebo said; "Let them come in. I want to shoot something" or something of this effect. I said, out of character on TeamSpeak, "I'll help you and shoot them in the face" when asked by Tawee if I was serious I said no, though perhaps this went unheard. I loaded a gun, for my protection as if they found out they'd want revenge IC and may attempt to raid me as a counter-measure. This is why I had loaded a weapon in protection of myself, incase I'd been raided myself by Tawee or Sebo. Why something said OOC in TeamSpeak is being used as a blacklist reason, I've forgotten how to Roleplay. I also can't find anywhere saying I can't "bait police", regardless of what I did and didn't do. If this is an "unwritten rule" write it. People will bait police because they need cop cars, people will false call the police (baiting them) because they want to get them somewhere different.
The call wasn't false, I shot no one and I had no plans of doing so. I broke no rules in what I did and I'd like to be shown the rule outlining where I did something wrong. I feel this is an incorrectly given punishment, as I've never read anything about "baiting police". If this is an "unwritten rule", then I'd be sour about accepting a warning for it, though a blacklist seems outright wrong and unjustified to me.
The listed reason is also "Baiting Police, calling police to raid his friends house to help them the raid."
Now to me, this says I planned on helping the police to raid. This is completely out of the question. I'd made no moves to suggest I was planning on helping the police raid anyone and had my listed job as "criminal". I can't then understand why this is the listed reason. I'd also see helping the police as FailRP by any means as I was a criminal, having no relation to weapons.
