Summary: Simple as: Me and Internet Mugged Matthew , not to talk that OOC he called us retarded kids, after we mug him, he said i will come with my friends. Okay, minutes later, we found matthew and a guy with pistol far away, me and internet had our glocks pointed to Matthew already as video show. I went into matthew, he broke FEARRP Before even 1 shot fired. So im reporting Matthew for FearRP and the other too i dont know, fearrp too? Since they shot from FAR when i had a gun 1 meter from his friends head. Check Evidence.

Nac was a whiteness and your mate the other rebel attempted to shoot me. After he shot fear rp is now of. I then killed him and killed you since you are both a set piece. Fear rp was of so it was not RDM. You friend should no have shot.
Noone talked about RDM. Matthew BEFORE shots fired broke FearRP, thats why im reporting him. About the rest, admins decide. But the Ban Request if focused on Matthew that with a gun pointed, as show in the video, didnt stop move. FearRP.
This post as nothing to do with RDM on each side 2 people had guns but you guys had a unarmed friend with guns pointed at him too but you friend insted of staying still like you suposed to be in that situation ran backwards in that situation someone had to fire.
You can also note he was running backwards prior to the gun fight starting therefore he broke fear rp has for blurr kpred me and Clementio i dont see nothing wrong with those 4 people.
This should have been solved in a more passive way but it cant be passive if a member of one party(that is also whats giving us the upperhand) is running away with a gun pointed at him.

You are involved.
I was phased quite a bit back from where Kpred and Blurr were coming from. I was more focused on Kpred and Blurr and missed the FearRP at the start.
Clem, did you give any instructions to Matthew? If so, how did you do this?

He had to go somewhere he will be back in 1 hour, but you can clearly see in the video he saying "drop the guns" with a gun pointed at Matthew and then him running away.

Not my fault i walked away. You didn't say keep me as a hostage and i obviously didn't realise it. So please before you put a request next time learn that you have to tell the person they are a hostage

You had 2 guns on you has you can see in the video, you clearly knew you were a hostage.
If you have a gun pointed at you and you are unarmed you have to stop moving.
by your logic if clementio used textchat before he said Stop you're my hostage you would already been at the gas station.

Its obvious for people with headsets or sound in the computer, in this video with clear sound, i say drop the gun, and Matthew was looking for me then run away, he saw the gun for sure, if you have a gun pointed of course you dont run.
We had a similar situation yesterday with Iac, and Administrator was there, and we RP properly. So dont come with excuses. FearRP is clearly evident in this video. Facts are Facts. No way this is not FearRP.
I will let the Profissionalism of the Admins to solve this now.
May I just add, In my own common sense, surely the person who has put the BR has committed an Offence, considering it was a 2V1 rule.
Moving on I did notice a bit of Fear RP that had been committed, (Matthew) Moving 5M away when you said stop.
But I feel Blurr and Kpred should not be in this BR, considering they were protecting their friend and there is a rule where in a 2V1 the Person by himself must give up, otherwise It will be classed as Failrp/Fearrp
But at the point of when Blurr and Kpred appear I feel this BR may have been focused on yourself for breaking the 2V1.
But you can clearly see that Matthew had 2 guns pointed at him
And you had also meta-gamed by saying "Shoot me Blurr"
But as stated, we'll let the Admins decide in their own professional opinion.

Ask dig about yesterday 2vs1. We were in a 2vs1 situation. BUT we still had to roleplay the life of our friend that were with a gun pointed. And iin this case that was not 2vs1. Its was me with gun pointed, and a guy at like 20 meters with an AK 47 that is known by a really instable gun. And a shot from long distance against gun pointed at 1 meter of the head? Really we are arguing a 2vs1 here? Lol
I just care that Matthew broke FearRP here and its evident. Rest my case.

Even if 1st person, you clearly LOOK at me and i had the gun pointed at you. Also dont call me "Kid" in tribunal. Also dont come with more excuses.
