Hi

Where i can find car skin templates? I would like to make some of my own but not sure where i would find em.

Really Depends on the car / the addon.

Those are pages linked to on the workshop page anyways. If your missing anyone let me know chances are i may have it somewhere. Most cares do have a proper template (only very few like the old f150 for example does not have one as it uses almost the same texture for both sides of the car etc.)

Couldnt see one for the armoured sprinter, but there is one for a LWB panel van in there, it should be pretty close.

Yeah i would need armoured because it has emergency lights but its not be all end all thing

The Templates for the Armored Srpinter are on the actual car itself (as a submaterial layer):



or if you want it as a transparent template:

If im not mistaken the normal srpinter also has a lightbar bodygroup that (whilst it is not supported by photon seems to work with the current vc mod) So it may be worth trying that out (change the bodygroup and see wether itll give you the vc mod hud).

Credits for the discovery of the template go to Max whos done some work on a sprinter. I have yet to get me a usfs one

actually the template that comes with the car has some portions flipped. Ill see if i can realign them.

oh boy.... so the template that came with the car turns out to be almost completly bs (the the it is stretched and in some places simply inverted). I messed around with it a little bit whilst repplaying my different version through the material url tool and im coming closer to a functional template (if inverted, flipped and rescaled the the actual texture can make for a template). But itll likely take me a little to get the actual template done. Ill be away for the afternoon but should hopefully have a working template in the evening.
