Description: Tips are out dated, the screenshot I took was okay but I have seen many Hints that no longer apply to the server.

All the loading screen hints are publically accessable, https://github.com/limelight-development...een-Hints/, so it'd be pretty easy to remove the outdated ones.

At the very least, any mention of teachers is outdated.

Pending PR Merge to correct Hints and remove redundant information.
Also added additional hints related to recent updates.
