Summary:
1. I saw usman with a weapon on his back, so I approached (at gun point) and ordered him to stop. For some reason shadow play did not record my microphone, but you can see in the bottom right I said something, moments before he ran off. He was behind a glass door, but it was not bulletproof and thus he was under FearRP, a violation of 2.1
2. After this, a raid began, during this raid usman threw a molotov into the empty elevator shaft, knowing it would glitch through the ceiling and start cooking everyone inside the elevator, a violation of 1.1
3. Open to intepretation, but after rewatching the gameplay is also looks as if the first fading door is within 2 PHX units of the elevator, which if true would be a violation of 7.1

This is the only picture I have to show the keypad relative to the elevator sharp, in this snip, I am level with the elevator doors and it looks to me that the keypad (and the door) is a lot closer than 2 phx units. It's on the right hand side of the image, in the gap of the fire.
