Description: Radio doesn't do radio things anymore

Steps to Reproduce: Spawn radio, interact with it.

Can confirm that it hasn't been working for me either since relaunch.

Ive used it and it worked, BUT I had to press it a couple of times and waited maybe 3 minutes.
