Description:
Something really odd happened with a mass amount of clipboards spawning in Industrial and after that none of the pre-placed phonebooths stopped working, any spawned through the Q menu would continue to work though.

Unable to reproduce.
Possibly found how to reproduce. Each Init call resets the OpenMenu call.
