Description: Tow hook is very difficult to keep stuck when trying to tow a car.
Bug observed since: Today
Images/Screenshots: I did have a clip but the footage for some reason has corrupted.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a tow truck
2. Attach to a car
3. Raise the hook
~4. Drive forward.
