Description:
The grass side near Bank of America doesn't have a zone name. it exists within a zone, but that zone doesn't have a name.

Steps to Reproduce:
Stand on the grass outside of Bank of America.

although I not fixed the Zone fully, I have deleted the bugged zone causing blank name
