Description: Editor Toolbar dissapears on textbox. Have tried different resolutions etc. still persists
Bug observed since: N/A (Presume this has been the case for a while).

I presume this editor bar should also be present here?

It will be reviewed as soon as possible by our Developers.

The toolbar is missing from the quick reply because it's meant to be fast and to the point but if someone wants to style it they can do Preview Post or use the New Reply button.

We can look into adding it but at this time it doesn't seem like a bug but uncomplicate the quick reply.

Nevermind, found and recreated the issue. Fixing it as soon as possible.
