Hello, community.
Unfortunately today I'm announcing the demotion of Aryen, Marsh, Nev and Stell due to activity requirements. Our activity requirements are for team members to have close to 20 hours, while there is some leniency depending on occasions such as accepting 10 hours or even 5 hours at times which is rare. If a team member fails to meet the requirements of that month they receive a strike, and with 3 strikes a demotion occurs.
We want staff activity due to the tried and witnessed the fact that if we get staff members on, more people join and while demoting team members due to activity does not bring any sort of benefit at first, it allows us to see who is actively involved and interested and allows us to plan accordingly.
I want to thank Aryen, Marsh, Nev and Stell for all their help and work and wish them well in their future endeavours.
