Good question tbh. Id say it should probably be judged on a case by case basis - if it soon turns out we are likely to have another map discussion it sure couldnt hurt to do some preperations. But maps usually stay for quite some time, cause quite a bit of toxicity when they are debated on and (depending on the map and demand) probably satisfy peoples thirst for output less then other projects do, that could be dealt with in the time those suggestion would take up.
So unless its a good suggestion for a map we will liekly return to in the forseeable future i wouldnt put too much of an emphasis on it.
Eg. the first examples (the car spawn) sounds like a proper quality of life feature that could be beneficial and likely translated to other maps in one way or another - so it sounds like id be worth the effort.
The second example sounds like a nice but not urgent feature (it would be possible to build an alternative gate) and its 100% map specific.
If it's a simple add then why not? You can always use it on other maps too I feel like
It wouldn't hurt, even if some of this maps might be used for events only.
If those maps are used then we can put resources into developing map specific additions.
Otherwise it might be better to focus our resources on priorities.
In the end, it depends on a case per case basis.
The poll is clear, the feedback, no so.
We'll take it on a case-by-case basis.
