as we can see here, i said in chat i was afk, if you pull up logs or i will try find it, i had to go afk for a minute while i was doing something and then came back, i came back to being dead afterwards for no reason as i didnt hear them after i clearly stated i was afk
In the first video not even 5 seconds in Julius says "leave" under gunpoint and so do i and your response is "afk"

I can confirm after having a gun pulled on him he acts like he is ''afk''.
Then proceeds to break Fear RP multiple times.
It's obvious he isn't AFK.

hello, you must have said this through voice, i threw off my headset and typed af kas quickly as i could, my nephew was crying and i had to go make sure he was alright, i think this is enough, even if i did hear it i was no harm to them, if i was afk i could have done no harm and as i had no weapons or anything on me, so i this a real life event is more drastic than some guys holding guns at me in the game
I was in a discord call with at the time (talking about OOC things ofc) and i can confirm that he went AFK as his nephew started crying so he had to make sure he was okay and would go back to sleep. In my opinion from the evidence he was clearly AFK and you still shot him even with evidence of this.

i am sorry but what? I have stated why i had to go, even with guns pulled on me i had to go that was it i had no other reason but to, as well as this i had already had my headset off, stood up and quicjly typed, i dont know how i could be fake afk as all the video i dont move or anyrthing and came back as quickly as i could
If this happened what I doubt it did.
How where we suppose to know cause to us it looks like you where trolling.
Also, it seems very convenient that after we knocked you out (To move you cause you were in the middle of the road)
you came back to the exact same spot and typed AFK again.
Just seems like trolling to me.

It's fairly obvious that you're meming and trolling, if you were afk which its obvious you weren't seeing as you had the time to write out the comment "afk sorry" while under fear rp. If you had the time to say you're afk you could of moved out the road when we asked you over 50 times under gunpoint. Then, we moved you forcefully just for you to come back from being "afk" move to the spot you were at last and go "afk" again.

so if i walked over to the side of the road you wouldnt have cared? i think it takes a lot longer to move like that as you can do v then // afk in less than a second well i can at least rather than the 5 or 6 second needed to walk after the way i place my headset around my mouse so i couldnt have looked either, so i am sorry you feel so pationaly about this even though you seem to never have anything going on where we were so there was no rush and you didnt need anything with me as all i was doing was grabbing my car and going to leave so there was no threat me being there. And i will reitirate the timings of this and how in an event in real life (which you probably have never experienced with how long you sit there on the server) you have to act quickly
Just as an update, i will not be checking this anymore so if you need to contact me i ask for you to say something to one of my clan memebers who can message me as i will not be checking this or going on gmod as i have better things to do, i have evidince and will hold my case strong even though iu wont be playing as i am clearly in the right, thank you all
You were blocking traffic at a gas station we owned, we asked you to move and you went afk. So we moved you forcefully because other people also would like to use the gas station, you then come back, stand in the same place and say you're going afk again after being told to leave. You violated fear rp on multiple occasions and you were also fail rping by doing the same mingy action of going to the that spot, going afk under fear rp and only moving or doing something after we move you forcefully.

The accused player will receive a permanent warning for FailRP - AFKing twice in the middle of a road preventing people from parking their vehicles.
, I understand IRL issues may occur that quickly take you away from your keyboard, however, from seeing these videos and from testing it in-game in the same spots you where standing at, it'd take less than half a second to hold left or right and end up on a sidewalk. (It also seems awfully convenient that both incident occur very close together and both happen to be in the middle of the road.) I'd suggest sticking to the sides in the future if you have to leave your desk at any moment.
, I'd also like to point out the excessive force in the third clip. I can understand if you felt a bit frustrated because of prior incidents, however, you've clearly shown you could have used a non-lethal option to move him so please use that if something similar happens again.
