Summary: He approached my police vehicle with a gun in public display, I begun chasing him with my gun yelling at him to stop,

You can CLEARLY see him TURN around, SEE my gun, then turn back around and keep running, you can also hear when he pulls a gun out as hes running, and then turns around and starts shooting me.


Clear FearRP breakage from someone with plenty of hours.

Simply put you are way out of range, didn't hear you. By the time you were in range i had my 44 Magnum in my hand.

You where very well within range, as you can see from the screenshot below I could even read your name, being able to see your tag is well within the range of when audio can be heard. Also you can see from the video you pulled out the gun at the 25 second mark when you could clearly hear me before then.

I'm sure by that point my gun was already in my hand. I cant see a specific point in the video where I can be heard or seen getting out my gun so no disrespect but I'm not sure where you got 25 seconds in from, but then that might be just me.

At 25 seconds you can very clearly hear the gun equip noise aswell as see it pop out.

So you said it can first be seen in my hands at 25 Seconds however if you watch the video on 0.25x you can see the points where I got my gun out.

It's better if staff look at the video slowly but I have some screenshots.




^^ This is the first frame where my weapon can be seen. If you look just to the left of me you see the tip of the barrel. 



Now in this picture, you can clearly see something silver in my hand, whilst I was in the voice range. This is the Magnum i was holding.

Also, you claim that I started shooting you, But the video clearly shows you shooting the first few shots. My intentions were to run away from you as to not draw attention to the base in the motel.

Aswell you knew I was armed the entire time, that's the first thing you point out in the video. Also if you firmly believed I did not have a firearm in my hand and I was within range why not just tase me?

On the note of false statements, you can clearly see you are not holding a gun, and all it takes an admin reviewing this to do is actually look closer, and turn up the volume and you can see you dont pull a gun out until across the street.

I have access to a higher quality video because I have the raw video, You're clearly lying about having the gun out at this point.

So if you apparently couldn't hear me? why would you pull a gun out then?

Who wouldn't pull a gun out if there is a cop chasing them with their gun out?

From the Screenshots, I provided there appears to be a silver object in my hand. Now I do not remember the exact I got my gun out, so I only have this video. From the video, those are the two points in which I believed my gun could be seen.

Tom, I have seen both the video on Youtube and the recording from the death scene ingame. In neither the YouTube Video nor the death scene, you do not have a firearm in your hand prior to you pulling a 180. 

You have blatantly lied here in order to cover your ass, trying to use a low-quality screenshot of the video to facilitate that.
