Summary: Exploited props via prop blocking doors and using props to climb to places that should be unreachable from their previous location after opening fire on police, giving themself an unfair advantage by preventing police from pushing up to their location.

Accused party has had one week to reply to this thread and/or give his/her side of the situation. Player Report approved. Due to accused party's two blacklists and one permanent warning within 20 hours and all within this month - I will give the accused party a two hour blacklist for PTE-access under their violation of Rule 6.1.
