Summary: He's been KOSing constantly as well as bragging about it in OOC, no one has been exempt so it hasnt even been the usual guy who's targeting police with questionable IC motives, he is just flat out massacring everyone for his own amusement and then bragging about it in OOC as if he's achieved something

Sorry but that's all I have, I don't run recording software since I'm on a low end set up that struggles running Gmod even with Discord or the Steam in game browser running in the background, hence why I copy pasted the console as a crude form of evidence. I believe Wisdom was saying he had recordings that he'd be attaching to his own report.

Apologies for the late reply, I didn't get a notif about your response since I forgot to subscribe to the thread while posting.

It shall be noted, however, that upon joining the server last night, I received reports that he was indeed RDMing, however no supporting evidence (or anything which I could realistically use to do some digging) was provided.
