And I won't  discuss here whether or not your intention was to increase your post count. Fact is, that you please refrain from posting multiple times in a row when nobody else responded yet.

Make it into one post so the thread stays clean and easy to read. Thanks.

Fine, fair enough. I forget the multi quote option exists. Won't happen again.

EDIT: Sorted
A woman lives with it on her own conscience. They make so many decisions for their children for their own benefit (or lack of it) before birth and after. They should be appropriately advised and questioned (like any other medical procedure) so they know what they're getting into. Sure there is adoption and is an alternative in many cases but how long in care do they have to wait, which in itself is confusing and terrifying and quality of life still degrades for a child. I'm not saying it's a justification, but it needs to be weighed up among the parents. You don't have medical procedures for no reason - however abortion also incorporates other moral issues such as ensuring a child's care during birth for many instances like rape, etc.

I don't think it's anyone's business to decide what a woman does with her body. Should a man have an input? Probably - the extent of which would need to be discussed and a decision made by a well-rounded panel because it's not his body but it IS his child and required him to produce it.

It should be available like any other procedure, with appropriate support and advice. It’s a medical procedure, not a criminal one.

This thread is gonna be heckin' fun lmao.

That's like.. not against the forum rules though so long as that isn't his intention? The intention of the rule is to stop people spamming the forums to up their post count, not to stop people from adding to a discussion

Everyone (myself included) does this in the roleplay forum and never gets warned?

Please stay on topic now. This isn't supposed to turn into a debate on forum rules.

Except it's not just her body, it's another human life.

Murdering a 2 year old child is a crime, murdering a 12 week old foetus should be too. They are both alive, human and actively developing. The only differences are the stages of development.

This thread is gonna be heckin' fun lmao.
So what's with women that got raped and impregnated in the process? When they never wanted to give birth or aren't ready or let alone old enough yet?

What is with women that develop a risk for their own life during the pregnancy? Might be possible that the doctor says "if you give birth to that child you will die in the process."?

Or if the doctor diagnoses the fetus with an unhealable, rare disease or disability that will let it suffer and let it die at a very young age?

See below

The option to give a child up for adoption exists for a reason

What is with women that develop a risk for their own life during the pregnancy? Might be possible that the doctor says "if you give birth to that child you will die in the process."?

It is medically possible for the foetus to be extracted and implanted into a surrogate mother if there are severe health risks to the mother.

Or if the doctor diagnoses the fetus with an unhealable, rare disease or disability that will let it suffer and let it die at a very young age?

Should all disabled people be euthanised? Of course not. It's the same principle.

Then why start with a meme in a thread in a topic that is 100% going to be a full argument from one side to the other.
Starting a serious discussion with no initial argument, supporting claim but only with a meme does not fit the Serious Discussion subforum.

On top of that, starting a discussion on such an obviously controversial topic with a meme makes it seem it is done to get a reaction, stir up arguments.
