Rule 13.2 states:
13.2 - The sewers are considered a part of the city wrt rule 6.2 - you require staff permission to build there.
It should however state:
13.2 - The sewers are considered a part of the city with rule 6.2 - you require staff permission to build there.


Additionally - This is the same in the server.

wrt stands for with regards to, however I know a few people don't know what this stands for, so I'll ping and see what he wants to do with this.

Yeah as doc said, intended and not a bug. Though I know it to be with respect to, the meaning is the same.

Even if you dont know what it is the rule reads the same by context.

Closed, wontfix/notabug?
