Summary:
(1) Attempted RDM (trying to kill me for making a lawful arrest, without any interaction whatsoever).
(2) Stealing a vehicle as a mechanic Edit: Apparently the mechanic had clan-access to the vehicle. Therefore the reported mechanic can be ignored. This actually makes the attempted killing of me even more obsolete.

Evidence:

https://youtu.be/VWHoQZx5TH4 (mechanic)
Involved - My car was the Tesla

The Mechanic did have clan access to my Tesla at the time.

Thanks for clearing that up. I'll remove the mechanic from the PR.
Involved - supposed RDM

we were using discord as a clan radio the mecanic in our clan had permision to use the car and you were trying to arrest him for it when he didnt break any laws so i tried helping him and i was an anarcist

You being an anarchist makes the situation even worse. Anarchists focus on small crimes, not on killing LEOs INFRONT of the nexus. If it was a misunderstanding, you could've easily explained the situation to me. Instead, the mechanic tried to run several times, also by stepping into your car.

Edit: The vehicle was also reported as stolen, hence the direct detention of your "mate".
Under review
If the mechanic had clan access to the vehicle and didn't steal the vehicle. Why didn't you attempt to explain this to the officer and have the mechanic show that he had keys to the vehicle to the officer, instead you went to the extreme of shooting the officer? I'm not seeing a reason behind this.

The mechanic could've easily said "Hey I've got keys to the vehicle, I can prove this to you" instead of moving around and being uncooperative with the officer.
the officer imediately was hostile to me when i went over to try and explain and cleary didnt want to listen i stood waiting to see what was going to happen and he was clearly just trying to warrant him and was about to taze him for a second time. with the officer point a gun at me not giving me time to talk that made my charecter feel violated enough to commit the shooting and help the mecanic get away
could we address that in the clip while i am aiming a gun at you you changed from taser to a gun

im not to familar with how that works if its against rules or not

but if i had been able to instruct you to leave under fear rp then it wouldnt have turned into a gun fight

LoS was broken (you had no line of sight on me as I was standing behind someone), I also had my tazer out. The second you fired at me, my HK was taken out. If you get shot at, fearRP does not apply anymore.
ok that makes sense thanks

The mechanic can speak for his actions? Or you could've sent a /request about the situation. I feel like there should've been extra steps taken leading up to this rather than trying to point a gun at an officer on Mainstreet.

If you were trying to avoid being arrested, then surely pointing a gun at an officer means that there will be a hunt out for both of you to arrest both of you. Talking it out would've had a better outcome in this situation.

He was going to tase him for a second time due to the fact your friend wasn't following police orders, the warrant was placed as nothing was said. As I've said previously the mechanic could've said something about it. The officer didn't know it was your car, he knew that it was stolen as seen in the radio channel, using /request to tell the officer about the situation would've been a better approach to this situation.
/request would definitely have been a better option however I didn't really think of that at the time as i was faced with an innocent friend going to jail imediately i probably chose the wrong action
so looking back at this maybe i didnt have enough reason to have the officer at gun point so maybe this violated 3.1 and 12.6 however this wasnt without no reason at all and 12.6 More serious crime should be a rare occurrence  however there probably wasn't enough reason to take the officer at gunpoint so I was most likely in the wrong here
Approved,

The accused will receive a warning for RDM.
