Description:
Rockford Models and Materials is on the server allowing people to use them but is not in the official content so new players don't receive that content.

would it be better to just remove content for maps which aren't currently active?
Not 100% sure if we can do it, or if we ran multiple maps they'd all be active at the same time.

This is possible since we could easily comment those props in downloads.lua and can deactive their serverside counterparts (addons/xyz).
