May I just ask,
What’s the reason for driving around with a gun in your hand in that situation?
Why had you pulled over peacefully if you are just going to get out and shoot?

i thought when u have a gun it appears on ur lap and whenever i do this the cop never realy sees it so i pulled over with the intent to just RP a stop and pay a citation but then when he had me under gun point and told me to get out the car etc i knew it would lead to an arrest and that was the last thing i wanted, therefore, the reason to start a shootout.
It seems awfully cop baity to drive around with a firearm visible in your hand, the same incident also occurred yesterday. I see a regular occurrence of cop baity behaviors between players with no justification... why would a criminal be fully armed up if all they are doing is driving around?

well i believe at that point i was basing too, and i was a gang member the whole point of me pulling over was to not "cop bait" as apparaently whenever i dont pull over and decide to evade it ends in a shootout so i tried the peaceful route but like i said i didnt know the gun was gonna appear in my hand i thought it would be hardly visible on my lap, and isnt this PR about FearRP?
If he was gonna pull me over for reckless driving i shouldnt need to get out the car but obvsiously he saw my gun in my hand and ordered me out the car the only way that was gonna end was a shootout as i wasnt gonna give myself up and allow to be arrested.
12.5 - Do not commit a crime with the sole intent of getting into a chase and/or firefight with the police.
If my sole intent was to get into a chase or firefight then why would i pull over and try to resolve it peacefully? He literally said in the video "Please step out of the vehicle" before he even saw my gun you an tell he wasnt just gonna give me a citation, then he saw my gun and acted on it, if you rewatch the video and concentrate u can see he told me to get out before seeing my gun.

The cop baiting part is you driving 70MPH in the city and running a red light while next to a cop and with a firearm in your hand

As I've said multiple times, i thought the gun would have been hardly visible and on my lap, i didn't know it would be in my hand, and i only noticed the cop as i ran the light i was heading to base hence the reason i knew there was no point tryna lose him which i probably could have done easily..
So I decided to pull over thinking i was just gonna pay a citation quickly, but he ordered me out the car, now i would say okay he sees I have a gun in my hand fair enough, but he ordered me out the car before even seeing the gun in my hand and like i said there was no way I was going to be arrested therefore starting the shootout if I wanted to cop bait i could have led him to my fortified base then started the shootout there i didn't? why you may ask? Because I was trying to resolve it peacefully and didn't want it to end in a shootout, he was acting quite aggressive no cop orders someone out a car for running a red light if he had seen my gun then ordered me out the car fair enough but he literally did it before even seeing it.

It doesn't matter how many times you say it, repeating it does not make it make sense.
Your gun is
always in your hand. If you were a passenger then yes it would be on your lap. You are the driver and your hands (one of which the gun is being held by) are on the wheel. Since your hands are on the wheel, your gun is also on the wheel and in play display.
I find it very hard to believe that at 1,100 hours you did not know that and haven't had police notice the gun in your hands while driving before. It's happened to me in the past and I learned not to do that
Furthermore, I find it impossible to believe you only noticed the cop after running the red light.
Here's a list of events that happened before you ran red light:
- You refilled at the gas station while facing the cop parked in plain view on main st
- You parallel parked behind the cop car
- The police officer stepped out of his car and used voice right next to you and facing you
- You pull out and do a loop around Top St
- You then pass the cop a second time on Main St
With all that considered, how could you have possibly not noticed the cop? Why even do the loop on Top St?

i don't concentrate on it like you seem to be doing i believe i tabbed out a couple of times once when refilling gas the other maybe when being behind him or whatever it was as u said i honestly did not run that red light in the hopes of getting into a chase I wouldn't pull over for that. if i wanted to get into a chase i would have done it and carried on driving I just wanted to pay a quick citation and leave but he ordered me out the car which escalated the whole thing he played a big role in that shootout as he demanded me out the car for no reason before even seeing my gun it's obvious I wasn't trying to cop bait I feel this is being blown out of proportion.
Yea I mean I can give you the benefit of the doubt when pumping gas, but there's no way you did not notice the vehicle right in front of you when you pulled out from the parallel parking spot.
Another thing I didn't mention in the prior post: while you were filling your car, you were next to a cop and there was another cop parked at AMPM. They were still there when you missed the loop. I can see how you didn't notice them, that's believable, but there's no way you didn't notice a car directly in front of you. I can see you missing one maybe two cops, I find it really hard to believe you'd miss three cop cars in one area.
I still don't get why you ran the red light and were going 70 MPH in the city. I know you already said some things so I'll quote them here quick to save time

It would likely have lead to an arrest for reckless driving. You were going highway speeds in the city and running a red light. Regardless, the gun in your hand is completely your fault.

What is that based on? I just pulled up the warrant logs and 6 of the last 30 arrests (20% of arrests, goes back to about April 24th) were for reckless driving. I am not going to get scientific about it, but it's not uncommon for cops on the server to choose to arrest you for reckless driving instead of fining you. He said step out of the vehicle before he was even at your side door so there's little chance he saw your gun when he said that.
That's his view when he said it.

Why drive around with a gun in your hand? You were just fueling up your car.

Whenever i get in a car i normally do so getting in with a gun in my hand to avoid being arrested, and if i somehow have a warrant on me and it pings on me and they decide to pull me over and act aggressive telling me to get out the car etc i have an option.
And also like ive said many times i didn't mean for the gun to be in my hand Yes i got in the car with it in my hand but i thought that it was gonna be on my lap but it turns out if ur the driver it goes in ur hand.
Honestly, this report was filed for fearRp i dint break fearRP i feel like you are trying to blow this out of proportion with the whole cop baiting act. I didnt cop bait, i tried to resolve the stop peacefully by pulling over like i said the officer had a big role in the RP as he was the one who ordered me out and if not i could have paid the citation and went on my way..
OK, so why run the red light and drive crazy in the city if you're trying to avoid being arrested?

I just wanted to head to my base, I didnt know speeding gets you arrested hence the reason i pulled over i thought it would be a quick lil 2 min RP citation and thats it but obviosuly not.
If you were heading to your base why did you loop around Top St?
It's pretty rare for someone going 70MPH + running reds in the city to be left alone by the cops. Maybe it's not always an arrest but why get the unnecessary attention in the first place? There were a total of 4 cop cars on main st, 3 of them close to you, 1 of them painfully so

I was just checking if there was anyone at top street, any friends or anything thats the reason for the loop (dont know why u need to know that)
as for the 70MPH driving by the time i hit liek 50 mph and before crossing the red light i remembered the cop and as soon as turned the corner i stopped i knew what i done was gonna get me them onto me thats why i wanted to just stop i couldnt be bothered with a pursuit.
Im unsure as to why you really believe i cop baited? lets say i did wanna cop bait why would i pull over? thats like committing a crime and then calling the cops on yourself..
The moment I walked from the front of the car to the back is when I noticed the gun
