you made a PR on me and when i saw your screen it says you have 149 reserve ammo, no cops spawn in with 149 reservre so it was you who loaded up with ammunitation which means that you have lied in this pr :/

1-to the explaining that happened when i cursed in OOC was because he was doing everything possbile to annoy me helping cops just to kill me , saying my OOC name and IC and making fun of it , changing his pfp just to annoy me.

2- i been told by ‍ that i dont need  reason to raid someone as burgler.

Per 11.1 you need a valid reason to raid anyone. A raid is different from a burglary.

But it was burglary it wasnt a raid.

if it was raid i would rush him with tactical gear holding heavy weapons and blowing every single door i see 
but to proof it was burglary : 1- i went inside masked 
2- with out holding small weapons 
3- didnt make any noise and had to open every single door with lockpick.

There is a difference between raiding and burglarising if you raid as a burglar you're still raiding and thus need a reason and you're twisting my words here. I've never said you could raid someone as a burglar, definitely not without reason.

Decay you told me and my other 2 friends that you could raid  someone as burgler with out reason but you have to be sneaky and not make noise and have small weapons

No, I've told you that you could do burglary RP, not raid, a burglar is when you go in and check for belongings and valuables a raid is when you're there to get the people inside, a burglary can go wrong and a shooting can happen this is how I've understood the difference, knowing you, you probably went in to shoot the people there.

A raid is different from a burglary. Regardless of your job, you need a valid reason to raid someone.

Twisting Decay's words isn't helping you here. I'm not sure if it was a miscommunication or not, but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt cause I like to think I'm a semi-nice person, contrary to popular belief.
