I would suggest you avoid making comments like that. If you're going to make a PR, do it but don't aggravate the situation further by saying your going to be posting one.
Seeing how the words used were relatively minor and the above statement was used to make matters worse, a permanent warning will be applied to remind the user not to disrespect others.
