I'm not aware of the background RP surrounding this incident, but all I know is, you were repeatedly told to back away from the closing jail door under gunpoint from myself and my colleague. You then start to yell stuff along the lines of "Pla ket ket" instead of backing away from the door and adhering to FearRP. The ban is well justified.

We treated you very fairly, were ready to listen to you, and even gladly took up your offer of having a lawyer/solicitor. You still refused to listen to us and instead put up some kind of unruly protest, breaking FearRP at the same time.

Before you make the argument of "I was stuck in the cell door", I'd like to completely out that as false. You were clearly not.

Clearly roleplayed that you slipped over? Every two seconds you typed smt like this: "omg I slipped :oo xd". You slipped at least 20 times. But at the situation just before the arrest you could walk just fine? Even run?
Also, me and the chief were not roleplaying to "annoy others". We simply did our job by arresting you for a crime, bud. You did annoy everyone involved in the situation, Cicero, we did not. It took you a stunning 19 minutes to follow orders. You were under fearRP the entire 19 minutes. If you would've followed fearRP, it would've not taken you that much time to go from the lobby to the jails.

How can you let them extend my jail time for as long as possible to piss me off, they were taunting me the entire time saying,  'your getting a long sentnece' and 'i dont care how long your in for I will be here all day' they admitted they wanted to keep me in long as possible, thats using a fucking job role to piss me off but you overlook that because, 'oh he wasn't walking to the jail fast enough' I fuckin complied didn't I? You just trying to exaggerate every little thing to ban me.

Lying in the courthouse is a serious offense. You literally told us in the nexus garage that you would like to waste our time by taking ages. We then just replied that we're getting paid for this, unlike you. We told you several times that failing to cooperate, what you did the entire time, will lead to a longer sentence. The only one stretching out more time was you. We would've taken you down to the jail in a minute, not in nineteen. You did not comply, not a single time. Even under constant fearRP.

Decay contacted me about you complaining that you're held in a cell for too long and that you're allone. Both were false claims. I was in the room next to you for just two minutes decorating the jails. The rest of the time I was always standing right next to you. As I explained before, you stretched the time by taking that long. Not our fault. And that is exactly what I told Decay. Considering he saw you breaking fearRP at some point, he knew that you weren't complying. He had evidence, not just "Nudels word".

You weren't stuck. We had this situation with the door a couple of times. You stood at the door, we tried to open it but it failed because you did not step back. We ordered you, under fearRP ofc, to step back, you did not. But at some point you stepped back just fine? Stuck my popo.

I mean when a player plays police a lot and another play as a criminal they're bound to cross paths, Nudel is very much involved in this situation and I do apprechiate his input on his side of things as his story do line up with logs and from what I saw when I was there. You didnt slip 20 times, true, but logs shows that you did it a lot more than nesseary and you clearly didnt have any RP intent behind it other than dragging out time. There is no way for me to know ones intention with 100% certanty, but some cases are just obvious and judging from your REPs and hours you're more than capable of actually do well RP.

Takeing someone into a holding cell like this isnt unheard of at all, it has happend to probably most players that has a few hundred hours, hell, Nudel does this with me too sometimes. Do I like it? heck no i dont, why do  you think I always go out in a blaze of glory? I might leave in a body bag but never in cuffs, and if you want to keep pointing fingers I'd say it's both your faults, Though, if im being perfectly candid, mostly yours, Cicero. 

You abused your jobs in loads of ways, you abused them to arrest me to stop me from getting you fired for you abusing your jobs when I first joined the server and had one idiot cop say some random shit I did when I literally just joined. It was litreal RDA. And keeping my in the HOLDING CELL for longer then my sentence, and don't say 'we were waiting for the President' you could of sentenced me, and I asked to speak to the President IN THE NEXUS LOBBY WHEN WE WERE IN THE ELEVATOR. So that's bullshit. If you didn't appreciate my sore leg rp, then you could of just used the arrest baton couldn't you, but wait, if you did that you couldn't of held me in the fucking HOLDING CELL for longer then my sentence could you?

If you move past the nexus desk you are trespassing, it has always been the standard for as long as i can remember. So you being in the elevator wanting a meeting with the president without an appointment.(unless you had one then this becomes a bit different)  

Don't tell me if I was or was not stuck, don't be this arrogant twat telling me if I was or was not stuck, to prove I was trying to get unstuck I was doing /sleep in the door to fall to get unstuck, if you don't believe me Decay can check the logs, so don't tell me what was happening on my screen when you know shitall.

I did check the logs, aswell as the playback because when I was watching you you did seem to be stuck at one point, you got tazerd by a police officer and both your feet were on the ground and you did not seem stuck at all. at the time I missed both your attempts to /sleep but what I did infact see was:

neither of your /sleeps were sucessfull and you did not appear to be stuck what so ever after the police officer woke you up again. After I saw you just not complying with the orders given to you by the two armed police officers I had seen enough of it. And I would love a second set of eyes on this.
