Why should you be unbanned?: Because I did not insult either party, I am very passionate about this case. 

I would suggest that Safira is asked, which is something I am not sure has happened as of yet only the idea mentioned. I remain positive the vivid details of such a significant case will still be in their memory. 

I have been waiting 4 years for you to check with Safira.

I rescind this player unban request on the grounds that it was in fact through nothing but my own negligence posted 3 months too early in accordance with the courthouse rules.

Words cannot describe how sorry I am for this transgression. All I find myself to do is extend my best wishes to all affected and hope for a speedy recovery for the aggrieved.
