Summary: Simply failed to follow blatant FearRP

I had RP background as a guy who didn't speak English and when into the store speaking a different language and was cleaning.
For half the video I didn't even see the gun.

Why put a PR on me when you already killed me.
If anything you cut an RP short, kinda failrp to shout at a non english speaking person to get out and wonder why they don't understand, I mean it was obvious I tried to get some rp with the /me I was doing. I was trying to get some RP with you, all you had to do was do a /me points out or use one of gestures.

Honestly seems petty to me.

And no I didn't randomly start speaking another language when I walked in I was doing this RP for a while.

Yeah I guess I may of broke fearrp OOC, but IC i didn't know what was going on, I was trying to push a bit of rp from you, and I started to move towards the door as well.

Anyway can I ask why you even pointed a gun at me? You had no reason to.

Okay, cool you had RP background for someone who doesn't speak English. Did you have RP background to walk into a random bar, with masked men, walk behind their bar and attempt to fuck around? As you seemed to miss that in your explaination. I don't care if you're cleaning, i'm a Mafia Capo, who's job it is to kill. I am not looking for small talk from some foreigner, if someone is walking in places they shouldn't ignoring what they are being told, I am going to deal with it.

When someone holds a gun to you, non-English speaking or not, you do not stand still and 'Shrug with confusion'. Just because you don't speak English doesn't remove your knowledge of what a gun looks like or what they are capable of. We made it very obvious, without even needing words, what we wanted you to do. I wasn't aiming a gun for no reason. 

I am not being petty, I am tired of you constantly inteferring with our RP's. The fact that the whole of that day you were following us and looking for reasons to kill us backs my point with you not wanting to RP, just wanting a reason to kill us for the slightest of thing. 

I know you broke FearRP, that is why I put the PR on you and it was confirmed by Night in-game that FearRP had occured, he just couldn't deal with it in-game as he wasn't present at the situation. I explained above why I pointed the gun, but incase you skipped past it, i'll re-explain it for you:
Me, an aggressive Capo who runs 'Murder Inc.' (Explains itself), see's someone random walk into our bar, run behind the bar, fuck around a little, fail to follow orders we've given, does not leave when asked to. - My only resort is to hold a weapon to you because you didn't do as we say. You failed orders under gun point, so did you just expect me to just say "Ah, whatever, it doesn't matter"? Not a chance.

Just saying you work for the mafia doesn't mean you can just RDM just because you don't like them, I have quoted this from admins plenty of times. Violence is a last resort. In the same way I can't set my job title to terrorist and gun people down because they're not wearing a hijab on the server you can't kill whoever walks into your bar 'because you don't like them' I didn't do anything that required you to kill me.

Yeah gunning me down because I woudn't leave your bar because I didn't understand your language is definately a last resort isn't it, not like you could, call the police, push me out, try to actually communicate to the person who doesn't understand? 

Whats your valid incharacter reason was for killing me inside a mafia establishment as a higher ranking mafia official linking both the premises and himself to the scene?

I have barely ever interfered with your RP's so that's just a plain out lie. I wasn't following you trying to kill you at all lol, prove it instead of random accusations.

The bar advertised for people to come in, buy a drink, have a chat and leave. Not run behind the bar to piss around, then ignore us when told to leave. You received sufficient warning, failed to take said warning and as a result of that got murdered. You’re right it links the building to a murder, however, we didn’t get in trouble with the police because the murder was concealed.
You can quote admins as much as you like, I know the rules and I know which one you broke, hence the PR. 

That was real petty too with your edit of discord because we both know I don’t even type like that lmao.

At the end of the day, you broke FearRP which is evident in the video. Also, just a quote from the courthouse rules:
“Keep in mind: Fabricating or tampering with evidence with intent to mislead is under zero tolerance and will result in a permanent ban.”

I suggest you not edit messages through the Inspect Element feature to try make me look bad.

Those messages were from yesterday, right after you made the PR, the messages you shown in your screenshot are from this morning. So clearly you deleted old ones lmao. It doesn't take a genius to see that.

Alongside this, you have made it stupidly obvious you typed that message through inspect element, rather than me send it: I know where and when to use the correct "you're", as you failed to use the correct one. If you even know what the difference is? Also, "Autistic spastic"? Even my 2 year old cousin has better English than that so you've failed once again. Not to mention there not even being any grammar.

Yeah alright mate, I inspected element on a message that don't even exist anymore, makes sense. Look at the times of the message I shown the the screenshot you shown. It's obvious you deleted old messages lmao, don't try to lie and make yourself seem 'oh im the intelligent and superior one I never do stuff like this' lmao, you got mad and activated your caps lock and write a paragraph, own it.
You say your not here for that but your the one who started showing these messages so I did the same to you. Don't throw stones when you live in glass houses.

I'm starting to think you can't even read, I listed a few options you could of taken but no you failRP and just RDM me.

It's different to have RP background which is what I did and comparing that to plain out ignoring you.

So a few points to clear up on this:

• As clearly evident in the video provided, broke FearRP. Regardless of what language, origin or RP background your in-game character has, a gun is still a gun and they should be fearing for their life as soon as one is pointed at them, especially at close range. has admitted as much in one of his replies, so thank you for the honesty.

• In regards to the screenshots posted by both sides, I know full well how these can be faked so without some substantial evidence (Aka not screenshots) that these are indeed real, these will be disregarded. (I'd still like to point out however that if any of these are in fact real, I'd expect you both to not act so childish, as long standing members of this community you should be mature enough to know to be a lot better than this.)
  

• And in regards to the toxic behaviour part, I've been monitoring you for a number of weeks and I've seen some nasty messages being sent to certain individuals from you via pm's and on top of the responses you've given in this thread, you've lead me to believe that you're slipping back into how you used to be. I'm sure I don't need to remind you of the conditions you where given to have your permanent ban lifted, I don't want to see you become that person again please.
  

Take this time off to think about how you've been acting in and out of the servers. We're not expecting miracles, we're just expecting you to kerb completely unnecessary toxicity and to become a better person, otherwise next time something similar happens we'll be extending the length of the ban to a month.
