in that exact footage when my view glitches through the wall i litteraly say its an accident and none of this affects and IC actions i take so therefore theres no metagaming

Accident doing it 3 times in long distances, I dont think so, you're intentions was obvious malicous.
You were being raided, and you intentionally knew it, but woudnt matter anyways, as its still very unfair either way.

please tell me how this gave an unfair advantage it never influenced any decisions never gave me any advantages in a shoot out and it never showed the position of anyone to me 

But your intentions was to and you still abused it multiple times.

It's evidence and im deleting it right after the case is closed.
It's used for a purpose, not to gain money but for evidence.

now im going to lay this out

1.1 - Using cheats, hacks, abusing glitches, abusing 3rd person and using other third party software to give yourself an advantage over other players (such as autoclickers) is not allowed.
3.9 - Do not use information obtained by out-of-character means, in-character (Metagaming)

we knew they where there from sounds i never saw anyone though a window and that would not have had any affect on IC knewleded i was wonder why tf there was toold guns and jumping as we belived to be in a situation where we where being meta gamed the point in that was to record anything they did hence why i was recording and it was put in a PR 

non of the information i gained from being in third person the only information i got was they are police 

that doesn't affect any decision i make IC to have a shoot out i would have if they where police or not 

so therefore this had no affect on the IC situation and looking through a window OOC that has no affect on my characters knowledge so i can try and catch them prop climbing to get probable cause isn't gaining any unfair advantage in the situation and as that is what the rule states i dont believe i can be in violation of it

well that is the point in this i just dont want you speaking for my intentions without understanding the situation

So from looking at the footage, you looked through the wall multiple times throughout the clip which gave you an advantage as you'd know the moment when police were to breach into your building.

As such, I'll be issuing you with a warning as it didn't directly affect the outcome of the situation as you weren't at the door at the time of the breach.
