Firstly you are posting a player report, not an unban request so this is in the wrong section. 


But, Ill answer your concerns here anyways. Yeah, you did get arrested because you drove over spike strips and was nearly shot by police, though you still broke FearRP prior to getting out of your car, you were told multiple times to exit with two firearms pointed at you though you did not listen and drove off. 

You where later banned and is only came to my realization of what occurred, being the only staff online I had a large queue of calls so that immediately went to the bottom of my list. (https://limelightgaming.net/forums/forum-210.html)
