Summary: Wasslen was illegally parked so I clamped the car and waited for him. He returned and I had my gun out. I told him multiple times to get out but he only did on the last one (FearRP).

I was going to give him a fine of $800 for illegal parking but then johannes decided it was a good idea to shoot me over a fine (RDM)

johannes palme has been issued a 2 hour weapons blacklist as he has one prior for the same offence.
