My associate attempted to steal a suburban whilst it was on main St and once an undercover "cop" (not sure it was a cop but he had a blacked out tahoe with els lights) showed up we fled the scene. I thought you were after us for that so I shot you
No calls about anything came through. Even so, you shouldn't KOS cops...

I don't have access to police radios so I don't know if cops were called or not, or even if the guy who claimed was a cop WAS a cop.
An unfortunate situation, but RP background existed.
