Relevant Information: What can be divulged about 'Lamb' is severely limited, even to aligned heads of state. This agent is being leased indefinitely to the newly formed city state, self-proclaimed 'Evocity' to ensure the smooth transition of power into the hands of heads of state who further the co-operation between the newly formed city state and our Treaty Organisation. Without a proper intelligence sharing treaty in place, what can be shared about the agent on lease is need to know only.

Lamb comes from an intelligence background from a state we are not able to disclose. Lamb's duties in the past have consisted of espionage, counter-espionage, pacification of high-risk dissidents, state-assigned covert motivation, and training of foreign guerrilla forces.

Lamb is neither zealous nor treacherous. He has no known family to conflict any loyalty, nor any external pressures, conflict of interest or compromising material. Lamb is not loyal to any individual or organisation, and has consistently shown in previous and in his current deployment that he is loyal only to 'the state', whoever that may be at the time.

Lamb has no known morals, religious code, creed or pledges of allegiance, and only acts in the interest of 'the state', whoever that may be. There are no procedures of operation that Lamb has objected to in the past. The agent is flexible in deployment, mindset, role and method.
