Summary: We were arresting the mechanic for reckless driving and cdm. He refused to get out the car forcing us to ram him out prior to the clip. When it was time for his arrest i ordered him with a taser to get in the car, he failed to do so multiple times after being warned about fearrp. He then says it doesnt matter or something like that
