Before I move forward, there was no admin situation in game right?
I know sometimes staff are busy and t get responded to and so it's fine to make a PR in that case, I just want to make sure Pilot / Ben haven't said anything about the case yet.

I don't remember dealing with this myself, not sure about though.

I don't recall being notified of this situation and was unaware it happened. No was carried out for this.
