Description: The in-game rules aren't visible on the forums.
Bug Observed Since: About 2 minutes ago, I assume since the forums updated.
Steps to Reproduce: Click on the "Rules" tab and then click on the "In-Game" option. As far as I'm aware, it's only that one that doesn't appear.

Fixed, page was using the old constants.
