Summary: This gentleman (pjielip) has broken several rules. He has been recklessly driving around for a while and baiting police into engaging with him in pursuit, he has broken FearRp as well as attempting to prop push 2 times in a row, however I don't have any evidence of him prop pushing for the first time but I do for the second time he did it. He broke FearRp, baited police officers into driving recklessly in front of their line of sight and prop pushing the medic's vehicle while he was doing his job.
