Description: When using the /givemoney command, notifications are not displayed to say whether you have received or sent money to someone.
Bug observed since: Since I started playing again, two days ago.
Images/Screenshots: N/A
Steps to Reproduce: Look at someone, give them any amount of money with /givemoney.
