First off, your friend attempted to run me over; therefore I started to shoot at him. Arrests should always be taken in-character no matter what, you were in the vehicle, therefore I arrested you for being an accomplice to a criminal.

How was I an accomplice to the criminal? In real life (which this is semi trying to simulate) the passenger doesn't get arrested if they were just riding with the driver. I had no intent of running you over, and you still arrested me giving no reasons.

Arrests are taken in character, you still ran away from the scene whilst I had my weapon pointed at you too.

You weren't pointing a gun at me, watch the footage. You were inspecting the body, and I assumed I could leave because I haven't done anything and if you wanted to speak to me you should have told me and not insta arrested me.

I was going to talk to you, but instead you got out of the car and ran. I had my weapon in safety the entire time

RDA is not a thing, arrests are dealt with in character. Additionally you were under gunpoint and you decided to flee for a traffic stop. Denied
