About the car, i wasn't driving and couldn't get out the car as the doors were locked.

i was in 1st person and couldn't see you with the gun

I mean firstly I was unable to hear you as I wasn't in range. Also even if I did, your mic clearly lags/doesn't register when you speak so I would be unable to hear it anyway.

David, you should have complied with the orders to remain in the pink beetle from the beginning. You refused to remain in the vehicle several times. I would've personally thought it was obvious for the reasons of your cuffing as you were lingering behind the vehicle, possibly being armed and could later cause a threat. The fact the officer went around the corner with handcuffs on I would've thought would have made his intentions clear of what he was about to do.

You could see the gun within the first 30 seconds of the encounter but still failed to get into the vehicle after being told several times to do so.

Still need to look at if that was in range or not, but regardless I find the "get out" order easily understandable.

My mic works fine ingame. I have push-to-talk enabled on shadowplay so there is some issues on the recordings. I've never had any complaints with my mic ingame.

l was belng sllly by not gettlng ln the car and dldnt mean any harm as u can hear my extremely annoylng laugh

Also l couldnt get out the car as the doors were automatcally locked after gettlng ln

l can conflrm myself, that l dld not hear you say get out
